Dr Ian Bayles – Retirement Dr Carolyn Turner – Returns

We have important news to share with our patients. After many years of dedicated service, it is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of Dr Ian Bayles as a GP partner, an esteemed and respected GP within our practice and the local community.

The retirement of a trusted and well-regarded GP often brings forth a sense of loss, as patients have formed strong bonds and established a profound level of trust over the years. Although this transition may feel challenging, we want to assure you that we are committed to ensuring a good level of medical care. Dr Bayles also did sterling work in leading the out of hours GP service in Kent and Sussex.

Many patients will recall Dr Carolyn Turner, who has also spent a significant number of years at our surgery. We are pleased to announce that she has returned to the practice. There will be a transition of care from Dr Ian Bayles to Dr Carolyn Turner through October 2023.

Please join us in expressing our sincerest gratitude to Dr Ian Bayles for his unwavering commitment to patient care and his invaluable contributions to our medical practice. We wish him a fulfilling and joyous retirement, knowing that his actions have made a lasting impact on the lives of so many individuals within our community as well as the direction of our practice over the last 27+ years.
